Role Overview
As a Call Centre Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the call centre by providing safe and efficient transportation for staff and handling logistics tasks. Driver Job Opportunity Your responsibilities will include:
- Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and clean. Report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Safe Transport of Staff and Goods: Safely transport call centre staff to various locations and deliver parcels and documents as required.
- Route Planning: Utilize maps and GPS technology to plan efficient routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members, reporting any delays or issues encountered during transport or delivery tasks.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with additional logistical support as directed by the Head of Department (HOD).
Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Requirements: A National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Licensing: A valid driver’s license and a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- Experience: Previous driving experience, especially in a professional or commercial capacity, is highly regarded.

- PSIRA Registration: While not mandatory, PSIRA registration is advantageous and may strengthen an applicant’s candidacy.
