Knowledge of invoicing. Bookkeeping an advantage. Administrator

Preparing dealers statistics.

Operating debt series programs. Understanding the debt series technique and environment.
Processing and importing of all indispensable archives and repayments acquired from more than a few banks into more than one systems. Importing all new allocations received. Administrator
Sending repayments to agents. Sending books to agents. Preparing reviews for management.
Excel reporting or any different reviews required internally or externally.
Preparing of invoices and deposit notes


Skill Requirements

Excellent Microsoft Office abilities specially Excel (ability to do complicated formulas, e.g. VLOOKUP etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to work on more than one structures such as AJS, Excalibur, OCS, DM, Swordfish, Vertigo, Real Pay etc. Excellent interest to detail. Good time keeping.
